Best bet is to get an OEM Nissan one.

In the last few tests of OEM nissan filters being cut open they were sub par materials like cardboard ends. They were almost identical to FRAM. Even the supertech walmart filters were superior which I use on my G20. Wix filters seem to be very popular with the SR community and they are made extremely well.

Here is a thread with pics. It's from another forum so if this is frowned upon feel free edit this mods.

Ive been using wix + mobil 1 full synth 5-30 for a while now. I would like to think my engine loves it.

I bought an infiniti G20 with 64k miles. It was turbo by 65k and lives on supertech filters and walmart synthetic oil. The car currently has 217k miles. So I would assume it's also a decent product.

I use either WIX or Purolators, I would use Mobil 1's but they are like 12-15$ depending. Either one of those w/ Mobil 1 = butter.
