oil filter adapter plate?

my freind was going to give me a oil filter adapter plate to run a oil pressure sending unit for my gauge and the adapter plate has a 3/4-16 unf fitting will this work on my sr20det engine?

What kind of oil pressure sending unit are you getting? The Autometer sending unit that I got I believe was 3/4 and threaded right into one of the ports on the oil relocation plate.

im refering to the sanwach plate, the fitting that holds it on the block?

im talking about what holds the adapter plate to the block, the bolt that goes into the big whol in the middle of the adapter plate that holds it to where the oil filter screws on.

3/4 16 is the correct thread/pitch for sr's & ka's.

Since you didn't specify what car that oil filter sandwich came from, the only thing you'd have to figure out is if the o-ring is the right size.

really tho, all you had to do was search - this question has been answered several times on here, & on the first page result when you search for it on google...
