Oil filler tube replacement?

I need help on finding a guide on how to replace and oil filler tube on my engine.. Went in for an oil change yesterday and the guy doing it cleanly ripped off the whole neck/tube... Before I escalate the problem to the oil change manager I would like to know if it's difficult to replace it. Currently I have a microfiber cloth ziptied around the hole so nothing can enter the engine.. My diy experience is basic but Ive done brakes,ball joints, tie rods and etc on my own.. Didnt feel like doing my own oil change in -25 weather

Hmmm, this may take a redneck engineering solution. Any pictures?
