Oile feed FROM the stock sending unit for the oil pressure (right next to the oil filter towards the front of the engine.

Return, just weld a threaded bung into the oilpan and let oil pressure do the rest.

just pull the stock sensor off (there are 2 make sure you get the one for the dash gauge not the ECU) and stick the new sensor into the hole.

the Oil feed gets T'd off the pressure sender, it's a little round sensor about the diameter of a 50cent coin to the right of the oil filter (if I remember correctly). It's just a 1/8npt fitting that you can unscrew and stick the T in there, then put the pressure sender on one side and the oil feed line on the other.

Are you sure it's npt? I was under the impression it was 1/8 bspt.

On mine, the turbo has it's own system (feeds from the oil pressure switch to the turbo back to the oil pan). I think most would agree that this is ideal.

The Oil Cooler came with a piece that mounted to the filter location and had an inlet and outlet. It also comes with a bracket to mount the filter elsewhere in the engine bay that also had an inlet and outlet. It's that simple. There are other types that use a "sandwich" type adapter (I believe it's called) that leaves the filter in its current location, but incorporates the inlet and outlet in between the filter and block.

you know, now that you meniton that I had to run a 1/8npt into it to 'clean it out' so it would take my T, so I might be wrong on that one. But I did use the NPT fittings on the last 2 I did, but like I said I had to chase the threads both times to make it work. But then several people I know havn't had to and they also used NPT.

Anybody else want to comment that paid more attention than I did? hehe

The oil sending unit is a friggin' tapered 1/8bspt.

I removed the other plug on the riser and ran a 1/8npt tap through it for my oil feed. Left he stock pressure sending unit undisturbed.

Go to http://www.jgstools.com/turbo...look for "Turbo Accessories", then "T3/T4 Oil lines"...
