I am getting some ss lines made up, and need to know what size adaptor I will need to screw into the 90 degree block adaptor. Also, do I need the 90 block adaptor, or can my ss line screw directly into the block..if so what size? Thanks for any info

If you screw the line directly into the block you will need to run an oil restrictor or you'll be over-oiling the turbo. Sorry I can't help on the size, that part is in a box under my house 3.5 hours away.

The block is threaded for 1/8" BSP. The female part of the 90* fitting is 12mm x 1mm.

Like the gentleman above me said, there's a restrictor in the 90* fitting that you may want to keep. I eliminated my restrictor by fitting the lines directly for the block but my turbo is journal bearing. You don't wanna over oil a ballbearing turbo but it's fine for a journal bearing turbo.

So on the 90 degree fitting, the 12 mm x1 mm female end is the end my ss line will screw into at, right? If so, the fitting I will need will need to be a 12 mm x 1 mm male fitting? Whats the cut I should use on it...compression fitting, flare, etc??

Thanks for the help.....yeah, i was thinking there was a restrictor in the 90 degree fitting, but wasn't 100% sure....I think i'll be keeping it

I believe the 12mmx1mm fitting is male inverted flare. But don't quote me on that.

does anyone know what PSI that factory restrictor, puts oilpressure at the turbo at, without a secondary restrictor for us BIG turbo guys? Im running a .045 nitrous jet as a secondary restrictor cause i was still forcing oil past my seals on the turbo due to too high of pressure.
