Anyone else have this problem? It seems almost everytime I go and pop my hood my dipstick is popped out of its hole.Could this just be a worn in oring so it's loosly in there? The only other logical thing I could think of was maybe my pcv is clogged and the only way the pressure can excape is through the dipstick tube.

That, or blow by. But I would replace the O-ring first.

blowby/excessive crankcase pressure...check you pcv valve and such, then compression check..

I did a compression test a few weeks ago numbers were 150 - 155psi across the board with throttle plate closed and dry cylinders. Did a leak down had about 20% leakage in all cylinders, but couldn't find where the air was coming out. Nothing came threw the dipstick, radiator, or oil cap. I forgot to check the exhaust though.

I'll check the pcv next

high boost, too much oil and a worn out dip stick could be the culprit as well as a bad pcv valve. some of these motors have excessive blowby at high levels of boost... what boost are you running and are you pounding on your motor when the stick comes out.

20% is a bit much. A well seated set of rings should only leak down 10% to 12%.
