Oil Dipstick Not Reading Correctly after manifold install

I just installed a Greddy intake manifold. Now my dip stick is not reading correctly. I put the correct amount of oil in and its not even showing up on the dipstick. I tried adding more (2 quarts) and it only gets on the very end of it. I drained the oil and remeasured and then put the correct amount back in. Any one else having this issue or have a solution to it? Thanks!

Sounds like the dipstick tube slid out of the hole in the block.
