So what do you guys thinks about running these coolers? over kill or good idea? And for those of you that run these set ups. whats not over kill for 380-500hp? As far as how many rows they should have and having a fan on them? And what are some draw backs like? Will the battery last with 3 to 4 fans on my car? what temp is good for the trans fluid and oil so the fans can be set at those temps?

A trans cooler if you have an auto is a must have item. Bigger is better in this case. I cool my motor oil by having a very good water cooling system.

An electric pump won't effect the cooling itself at all. Mechanical pumps and electric pumps are simply a means of moving water through the radiator and motor. There is less parasitic loss with an electric pump because it isn't belt driven, so you'll gain a few hp that way.

For optimum cooling the factory radiator should be replaced with a larger unit and the clutch fan should be swapped out in favor of electric fans. The thermostat will control when the temperature of the water by opening and closing depending on the temp of the water. If the radiator and fans are efficient, the radiator will be able to keep up with the extra heat generated by adding boost and increasing the loads of the motor. The fan shroud and cfm rating of the fans also play a large roll in cooling.

Im running a duel fan set up with a new t stat mounted to my radiator h vac style. It's covered to trap heat inside to get a good reading and turn fans on when needed. I like ramons set up using a small ebay honda civic radiator. Really small and saves space. Must be a 2 or 3 row

If you're talking about Ramon from KA-T.org, his is a drag car. I wouldn't run a radiator setup like that on anything that had to go hard for more than a 1/4 mile at a time.
