Oil Consumption warranty question

I bought my 2005 6mt G35 Coupe used a little less than a year ago. Except for the CD player breaking I love the car. I have put about 6-7k miles on the car since last June and have changed the oil 3 times. I have tried Mobil 1 Synthetic , Royal Purple, and now some sort of Valvaline that is not synthetic. K&N and Mobil 1 oil filters. After about 600-1000 miles the oil is a little below 1/2 on the crosshatch marks on the dip stick and black. The car has 56,000 miles on it now and was built 1/2005.

I just wanted to confirm, would this oil consumption problem fall under the power train warranty that is good for 72 months?

My car is not leaking oil and it does not burn oil out the exhaust either.

powertrain warranty is engine, yes. 7 years 70,000 miles. have the dealer to a test

You realize that L mark on the dipstick is 2 quarts low right

At the 113k mile mark I now get about 4k miles with one qt low.
