Oil coming from T valve on Valve cover??

A friend of mine just came in town with his sr and seems to have oil coming from the breather on the driver side of the manifold....? i thought that was supposed to breathe in not have pressure on it , atleast mine doesn'tcan someone shed a little light and give us an idea of where to start to find an answer....

any help is greatly appreciatedthanks,chris

that is most likey blow-by.... Are you still using the factory Oil Sperator located near the firewall bolted on to the head? if not you need a oil catch can to let it breath but also catch any oil from coming out

yea he's using the stock separator ... his setup is just like mine and mine is doing fine that is why it's stumping me

his PCV system may be failing? have him pull the PCV hose and see if it has a vaccuum sucking into it (the valve that is)

this is totally normal, especially under heavy load and high boost situations. crank case ventilation.
