Will infiniti void my warranty if I bring my G to Nissan dealership to do oil change? There is no infiniti dealer in my city, only Nissan.. the closest one is like 30-40 mins away..

no, they don't care if you get it done at Ford as long as you keep receipts. Actually, you can diy as long as you keep receipts for oil and filters.

Will Infiniti charge you more for an oil change? I talked to one of the mechanics at my Inifiniti dealership. I told him my car has 35k miles on it already. He says I should get the 30k mile check up. Which costs about $700

From what I have seen nearly everything has been quoted to me at double the Nissan price.

You should tell them to take a video, it'll impress longer

They must not like you perry. I find my dealer a little on the high side compared to some others, but I take care of Nico guys, as does Steve

So far the Nissan dealer has quoted me a 15k service and has done an oil change with Ester oil at roughly 1/2 the price quoted by Infiniti.

Actually, not the reminder LCD.. but maintenance warning between the Speed and RPM odometer... do I have to go to shop to do that?

No. Those two buttons on your instrument cluster, use them to nagivate through the settings and click reset on the intervals.

I had the same problem - and the dealer didn't know how to fix it either! Fixed it once and forgot, but I was able to remove the warnings today with the following method:

Start the engine. Go ahead and clear the warnings by hitting the top button on the console to the right of the display (Trip computer switch A - consult the manual if you don't understand to which buttons I am referring: page 2-27 in the 2007 G35 manual.) Continue to press that button until you get to the maintenance part, then press the lower button (Trip computer switch B) to navigate within that section. You should be able to easily reset the mileage to clear the warnings with a little trial & error at this point. Note that the engine must be running, although it doesn't matter what gear you're in (but it will not let you make changes if the car is moving.)
