I spent $6 on the nissan oil filter and $20 on 6 liters of castrol motor oil. The dealer charged me $35 for the oil change. Considering I won't do the labor and worry about throwing used oil, and not scratching my car; $9 difference shoud offset the balance. That is, until I figure out how to elevated the car without scratching my aero kit.
I hope you meant 6 quarts, right?
I agree with Greg (AZhitman) and Brian (maxnix). Simpler to let the dealer do it.
What I do for the 7500 mile interval changes is let the dealer do it when they are doing the other stuff at those miles, although I buy and provide the oil (since I use Mobil 1 0W-40) - they give me a break on that cost, of course.
For the oil changes at the 3750 mile intervals, I buy the Mobil 1 0W-40 from a local auto store, the filter from Infiniti, and then go to a local auto place. They change the filter and engine oil for a flat $15 labor (my oil and filter costs are, of course, the extra above that). Not too bad a deal for not getting my hands dirty.
Much easier than the ramp or jack stands.
