oil catch tanks(searched but didnt find my answer)

on non turbo engines are they good to have? everyone on the site just talks about turbo engines and how to route them. i know how i would put the tubing, my question is will i benefit from one on my ka24de since i don't have a turbo?

Probably not necessary. I got one, its pretty. As long as you're spending lots of money on it, then it dresses up the engine bay nicely. Pay too much and its a bit of a waste.

anyone else see any gains from having one? there some pretty good looking ones for around forty bucks that im looking at but i could spend the money towards somethin else if they do nothin for n/a motors

you wont see any real gains..but what it benifits..is a cleaner intake valve..ie no gunk and stable air flow...if your allways pushing your motor to the edge..then by all means..get one..if your just a cruiser..forget it..save the cash for a cd changer..good luck
