oil catch cans

hey all! i did a search about oil catch cans and did not find what i was looking for. i am putting a short air intake together and i would like to bypass my line coming from the valve cover to the stock intake.(i am assuming that is for excess oil residue to be burnt off thru the intake?) if this is correct will the catch can use this line? if im not correct could someone please let me know what that line is. also does anyone have an install guide for putting a catch can in? with a good location etc. thanks

Yes I believe you are correct that line is for blow by and can be used on a catch can. SEARCH again there was a thread on making your own catch can, can't remember if it had install though.

PDM Racing has custom made catch cans in two different styles with AN fittings, mounting bracket and hoses for around $65. They look very nice, but I'm not too sure if I need anything like that myself since I'm going moderate the NA KA24 build up route.........

thanks jeansguy, i live about 2 hours from pdm and have seen their catch cans. i was hoping somebody might have a diagram for the install on one so i can conferm some questions i have. but i think i might just buy thier setup and see how it works.
