Oil Catch Can and PCV system

So I recently bought a oil catch can to put into my PCV system to prevent any blow by oil vapor from going back into intake. I have a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, and from what I can see on their online parts diagrams it looks like there are 2 separate vacuum hoses coming out of each side of engine block. So my question is has anybody put a oil catch can into their PCV system and if you have experience in this sort of thing, a vacuum hose from each side of block; would that mean that I need 2 oil catch cans? one for each side? here is a link to their parts website with diagram of the PCV hosing / system. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated, thanks! (I am not a mechanic so....take any of this with a grain of salt because my terminology may be wrong)
