it feels like?

there arent really any magic band aid fixes for it, its only going to snowball and get worse. if the piston rings are worn there is no way to stop burning oil without replacing them and if the valve guides are worn, they also will not stop leaking into the combustion chamber,

a thicker oil will not help. youre going to have to bite the bullet on this one. IMO.

my 92 s13 tends to burn about 1/2 litre every 3 weeks. It has no leaks whatsoever and I check the oil every 2nd day and every 3 weeks all of a sudden its down half a litre. I use synthetic oil would that nake a difference? Also does using a factory Nissan oil filter actually do anything? Just askign cause i can get factory filters for like 5 bucks or get after market for 0 bucks.(canadian)

from what i've heard nissan's filters are very good. what kind of aftermarket are you getting for free? K&N/Mobil1 are some of the best.

i don't think using synthetic should make it worse.

Internal Leaks

-It could be your valve stem seals or piston rings if you get the blue smoke of death out your exhaust.

-It could also be oil shooting through your breather tube and ending in the combustion chamber and burning up. Check your breather tube if its clogged with oil.

-Or oil could be leaking through your headgasket.

-Or it is mixing with your coolant through headgasket or oil seals.

External Leaks

-front oil seal-oil pan gasket- timing cover gasket-rear oil seal-valve cover gasket

Those are the more common oil leaks and problems.
