oil bubbling out of header???

it doesn't have anything to do with my KA but im pretty sure that this problem pertains to all vehicles. I have a DSM Laser that I just put a junk yard engine in. I crank it up and she starts 1st try and idles great but oil is bubbling where the exhaust manifold bolts up to the head. What is that???

If it's from above the manifold, your valvecover gasket is toast, if it's from below, your head gasket.
