i'm really looking for a solution to my problem of oil blowing out of the breather or my catch can i have installed a drain or return line to the oil sump but still the problem exists i don't loose oil only when its being blown through the breather of can i don't have the problem of oil burning through the pistons so im pretty sure my rings r in good order it only happens when i go into high boost im doing 12psi what solutions can be done i have upgraded turbo and manifold. the only thing i haven't done yet is to cry lol just kidding but seriously i need a solution to this frustrating problem

How old is the engine? A lot of times, an older engine will allow more blow by, and therefore you will have more oil "mist" coming out of the crankcase. But really, any catch can setup will have a small oil drip. How bad is yours?

How do you have it routed?

i think its the series 1 and im loosing like 2 oz of oil soon as i go into boost but i connected it from the breather on the exhaust rocker cover to intake of catch can the other connection remains to vent and at bottom of can i installed a return line and connected it to the return oil line of the turbo would of send pics but im not sure how im doing that

well since your venting the other part of the catch can, your putting a pressure on your crankcase instead of maintaining a vacuum on the crankcase. I would run the other part of the catch can and plumb it back into the air intake on your turbo so you can maintain a vacuum on the crankcase under boost so your oil rings can do its job by preventing blow by. Your pcv valve keeps a vacuum on the crankcase when your sitting at an idle and when you are under boost the pcv closes and the other port on the valve cover is suppose to go to the air intake on the turbo because that is the only vacuum source when your under boost since the turbo is sucking air in when accelerating. so get rid of the vent and run a hose from your catch can to your air intake and as long as your piston rings are not damaged that should fix that problem.
