oil and water temp install questions help please

Can someone please tell me a way to install these gauges???? Its been killin me. Do they make an adapter or what b/c I dont have a clue how to keep them from leaking. Notice on both the oil and the water temp, the screw in part is seperate from the sensor and any forward pressure on the line would cause the sensor to go deeper into the pan (oil) or radiator (water). Both gauges are nismo, so does nismo make an adapter for the sr motor......they came off an s14 in Japan. Here are the pics to show what Im talking about.
