Oil and transmission fluid question?

Hey guys, I just picked up a 92 240SX with 98k on it. I want to change the oil and trany fluid. DO I just use 5W-30 for the oil?What about for the transmission kind what should I use?thanks!

oil preference is totally up to you. for the transmission we need more info. manual or auto?
