General guide from what ive read:
T3 and smaller 3AN or 4AN with .63 restrictor
Keep in mind this is applied to the ka24 only oil psi will very between engines. BB turbos need 40psi with what ever restrictor gets it down to that. <garrett website Journal bearings dont really have a spec because they very between size and manufacture because they ride on "an engine bearing".
WORSTcase oil seeps past the seals then u get a bigger restrictor i dont know if that would cause instant permanent damage?
