this is the single most insane vehicle i have ever seen in my entire life. the engine is the same size as the ca so it should give us all hope. WARNING: You may want to have a clean pair of shorts ready. im not even f*cking kidding. brace yourselves for the 2200lb 1000hp 1.8l vw golf of doom.

that's pretty sick no doubt. I hate to be a downer but 1000hp means nothing if you can't put it to the ground. I'm not versed in dubs but I seriously doubt the car could handle that kind of power. I would like to see it in action though no matter what HP he finally gets out of it, his workmanship is superb!

Just look at F1 cars. Nowadays they use 3.0L natural aspirated V10's that produce 900+ hp. Back in the 60's honda had a 1.5L v12 F1 car as well.

revvers, them small pistons get movin quick. F1 cars stay in the upper RPMs pretty much the whole time so little detriment. For drag racing or street confrontations I would want bigger bores for more umph down low. Reminds me of the time the Lamborghini came down to the street drags and got walked by a GT-R. Wrong venue, the Lambo should have tried him on the highway.

Not to mention that with 8 cylinders, a lot less stress is put on the pistons and rods.

seriously... where did a 2.0l v8 come from?

by the way, that 1.5l honda engine was used in the later 70s and made 1500hp in race form. cant argue with 1000bhp/liter. of course that was before turbocharging was banned.

and that golf is rediculous. i would want some much fatter wheels on it though. maybe 17x12 all the way around.
