Discount Tire is offering $50 off tires from 11-25-09 to 11-28-09.

Apparently, the deal is good for shipped tires and in store purchases. Gonna get me some tomorrow! If you guys know of any other sales, post 'em up!

Ok... went into the store today to buy the tires. They were out of stock and would have more on Friday. But this is no big deal because the Black Friday sale is actually only valid with your online purchase.

So the guy orders the tires for me so they'll be in stock, then directs me to place my order for them online. This locks in the regular online price + the sale discount. So now I just have to return to the store on friday to have them mounted and balanced.

The 225/50/16 Falken 452's. They called me to come get them already, but I also got an email that the tires the guy directed me to order online just left the distribution center today. I feel like they are about to try to double charge me, but I'll see wsup and report back...

$50 per order of 4 tires. Combined with the low online prices, that's still quite a bit of savings...

Ok, so... the ra-tard at the counter that I spoke to on Wednesday neglected to tell me that there are 2 DiscountTire websites.

http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/home.do

And

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/home.do

He wanted me to place my order at the 1st one, because it doesn't take payments. It just sets up an appointment for you to come into the store and get butt-f*cked.

Why do I say that? Because the 1st website's prices are much higher than the 2nd website's. In my case, $20 per tire higher...

Both websites will give you the $50 off Black Friday Special though. But since I purchased from the 2nd website and they mailed tires to me, I've got to wait for them to arrive now and then bring them back to get them mounted & balanced.

But EFF that. I didn't pay for them to mount & balance my chit, so they'll want payment for that when I come back. And they charge $15 per tire to mount/balance! I'm gonna take these chits to Habibi and the Arabs at the used tire shop down the street and have them mount/balance for $5 each and save even more money!

I just saw this post today, but yeah they had a special going on last week, $100 off with a purchase of 4 wheels or $100 off with a pruchase of 4 tires. . I went and bought some (4) MB battles 18x9.5 +15 for $707 with a mail in rebate of $100.

Don't for get to check the date codes. They shouldn't be sending you old tires, but make sure.

You know it! I went and studied up on how to read those #'s and everything! I can't wait until they get in!

If they're old, Imma be like that old lady in the old commercial who throws the tire window... lol
