ok I started a thread over here

and my general question since most the people there only run 205's on their 17x7.5's is what will happen if I was to have 225's instead with the 50 profile? the guy says that with a smaller offset I will have a problem but I am not all that sure myself...stock suspension

also i found out that my offset *+35* is enough to clear brakes and suspension it just the tires I worry about.

I searched and found that if it was 17x8's it would rub so would 7.5's help in clearing?

I don't think it will rub. Being that the chassis are different, I can't say for sure, but I know guys with B15s run 225s sometimes. It's close, but with a stock suspension you should be fine. If/When you do suspension mods, drop to a 215.

I really don't quite get why you'd run a 205 on a 7.5... seems like it would be a bit of a stretch to get it on there.
