Thank you very much.WDRacing wrote:Moved this to a M specific forum for ya. Hopefully one of the guys will be able to answer your questions.
Yes stanced look is what i am trying to do.MaximA32 wrote:That's going to be one hell of a stretch on the tires. Are you trying to go with the "stanced" look? I'm not sure that the +35 on those widths will be enough to clear since the OE wheels are only 8 or 8.5 width.
Can you post your car pic ??Cabo wrote:I will be doing the same exact set up on same wheels.... I was gonna run nice stretch 235/35/20f 245/35/20r in order to make fit on coils
oh ok i will be doing my project AugustCabo wrote:I dont have.the set up on.my car at the moment thats what im thinking to do...
Cabo wrote:Ya do that but 275 might be to wide with 20x11 35offset for the sedan... if I were you ill tfy atleast 255/33/20 for rear

car looks real niceM4point5 wrote:That isn't too bad of a stretch like everyone is making it out to be. I have 225/35/20 front and 245/35/20 rear.
20x9.5 +8 all the way around. Pic:
Thank you for quick reply.M4point5 wrote:At one point I was considering the Varrstoen ES1 just like you, but 9.5 front and 11 rear. I dont know exactly what look you are going for but I am on air and that pic is with a 32mm spacer on all wheels making it a squared +8 offset. The fronts were no issue with just rolling the lip but the rears needed a 1/2" pull and now it sits nearly flush when down as you can see. Again, i am on air so you may not be able to go to that extreme on coilovers but the widths and offset you provided will work out fairly well and sit pretty flush on coilovers I would say.
little bit of camber work with rolling the fender could worj isnt it ??M4point5 wrote:If anything your rear tires will be too wide and rub. Theyll fit the wheels no problem but you may want a 255 or so on the rear
What is different folks and stroke mean ?M4point5 wrote:You could. Different strokes for different folks...me personally I run stretched tires to clear. Then again you also have a 37, so different body and itll all look different. I havent checked into the stock wheel specs on the 37
Even with the 35offset and tire stretch?RED_DET wrote:The 10" wheel up front is going to be a very tight fit....The 11" wheel is definitely going to need some massaging to fit.
so you think it would not fit???RED_DET wrote:The 10" wheel up front is going to be a very tight fit....The 11" wheel is definitely going to need some massaging to fit.
i tried it but have no idea how this thing workRED_DET wrote:The offset maybe on the conservative side and you could run into issues with hitting the upper control arm.
http://www.1010tires.com and use the offset calculator to see what the difference will be in the space comparing them to your current wheels and then take some measurements.
I already tried everything that i could do.RED_DET wrote:Simple..
put in the width and offset of your current wheels.
compare it to the width and offset of the wheels you wish to run.
It will tell you how much further the wheels wheel stick out and will also tell you how much less of clearance you will have on the inside.
Yes, i guess +35 offset will make good stance lookCabo wrote:I think hes trying to go stanced not tucked
