Will 17x9 15+ fit my front w/fender roll and how would it look in the rear?

it'll fit with camber adjustments. it's a slightly aggressive fit so think 2-3degrees negative camber and stretched tires.

you could fit anything if you dial in the camber to adjust to it. lower offset = more camber that's how it works.

but to just slap it on it'll fit fine just stick out about an inch or so.

How about 17x9 +35 front and 17x9 +15 rear, how would these look and fit?

That wouldn't fit b/c the offset is too hight...you'll hit the coilover.

To run less than three camber on a 9J on the front of an S13 your gonna need to pull the front fenders or run a 215 tire.

Do the 9 +15. Its not Rocket science figuring out how to make wheels fit.

I can let you know in about 2 weeks or so (more than 2 weeks if I can't find conversion hubs)
