Hi, i'm new to the tire and wheel forum and i have a question about offset.

I want the offset for a 240sx hatchback to the point the fender and rim lip is lined and is 180 degrees from each other. I notice that many 240s high offsets in the rears and that makes the wheel go in. The size i'm looking for is 17x9 and 17x10, and i tried searching but i only found flush offset sizes for 17x7.5/8.5 and 7x8.

Oh yeah, i'm not willing to roll my fenders and i want the camber to be straight, i dont want the wheels to be sticking it out or going in like stock se offsets

i think its around 17x9 +15-20 and the rears should be higher but i dont know i guess it has to clear coilovers, not rub anything,

i've tried the calculators but i only sizes i have to compare it with is my stock se sizes and that will make the wheel go in.

I think i care too much about fitment everywhere i go i check out wheel fitment more than anything i get mad when i see imperfection in wheel fitment =/ it disgusts me if anyone has a flush picture of 17x9 and x10 please post

if you arent willing to roll your fenders or run at least a little camber you arent going to be able to get your wheels flush.

oic how much negative would the camber be, i'm looking to make my car look clean a little jdm but not too heavy with the negative camber wide body and that kind of stuff.

i don't really like how the fenders look rolled i think it ruins the line

ruins the line? you do realise that rolling the fenders means pushing the inside lip of the fender up so that it dosent interfere with the tires? it does nothing to change the outside appearance of the car.

i like how the blue car's fitment looks there i can't tell for sure unless i get a better view. i cant realy tell if theres negative camber or a fender roll but i want to try to stay away from that if possible or keep it to a minimal

let me repeat. rolling the fender is different from pulling the fender. pulling the fender is when you flare the edge of the body. rolling the fender is when you flatten the inner lip of the fender. rolling the fender does not change the appearance of the car.

If you want your car like the one in that picture the fenders are deffinitley going to need to be rolled. otherwise you will shred your sidewall.

that blue one looks like it might even have over fenders, on the front at least. it looks too flared to be stock, imo.
