Got heavy into the wiring this weekend. It was a Murphy's law weekend, though. I took off Thursday and Friday to really make some progress on the car and managed to get some crazy illness that had my fever over 103 Friday and Saturday. Back to Normal today after a quick trip to the Dr. Saturday and a good days rest. Weird.

Looks like spaghetti now. It'll clean up and be tucked away nicely when it's all finished.

Getting Closer. Should have the car finished this week pending a few items still on order. Got most of the wirting done this weekend. Everything is run, just need to connect a few things together and finish my grounds then I can start testing everything. Still looks a little hectic, but I'm running out of time, so I'll have to come back and re-dress everything later.

The new brakes look awesome. Big thanks to Stop Tech for their help with this project.

Bye.

Your suspension and brakes alone are costly as half of my car build.

Quality stuff man! Look phenomenal. I had an opportunity to grab a StopTech brake kit for my car. Kick myself everyday for not having jumped on it.

Just got done with another long night in the garage...

Just a couple more hours and the wiring should be complete. Getting all these systems in place has been a real pain and makes me wish I had entered the Pikes Peak Open division, rather than Time Attack. No wipers, headlights, turn signals, or any of that crap. And I could run whatever tire I want instead of DOT's...I'm an idiot.

Saturday we will be finishing up the assembly and making notes for anything that might be missing or need tweaking. If any of you are available and can come lend a hand in getting these last bits finished up, you are welcome.

Looks like we will Dyno and test here in Texas with E85, but we'll be running E95 at the Hill Climb. A good friend of ours, my Quad engine builder John Stallworth, got us hooked up with the manufacturer and is picking up a drum for us on his way out to the Hill Climb.

Just 25 days till we tech at Pikes Peak.

Bye.

Just a short list of things to get finished up this week and we can call this build complete.

The car will be in the very capable hands of PTP later this week where they will start balancing the car and getting a preliminary setup on the suspension.

Looks like Brice at Alamo Autosport will be doing the tune for us. Probably have the car in his hands within a week or two. Looking forward to seeing what we can come up with for numbers. Although I don't put much stock in Dyno numbers. If she runs good on the hill, then she runs good.

Less Spaghetti..or just more organized spaghetti.

Wiring is pretty easy...Just do a little research, diagram out what you need and how it's going to operate, then build it.

My junk looks like spaghetti, but I know every wire in the system and have it all mapped out so it's easy to follow.
