Ok this is popular on other forums why not here too. I will go 1st since it seems like it isnt really happening with the M. And there no consolidated threads with particular mods.

I painted my headlights, tails, and side markers about 6 months ago but i havent posted anything about it. I went darker than those but those look real nice.

What's so special about projectors where the high beams were? I never use my use my highs and already have oem hid's for lows. Can you enlighten me on what's the crave about besides asthetics?

Much better light output for the high beam. When I had my Acura TL bi-xenon projectors, the high-beam lit up like 6 lanes of traffic, 25ft in the air, half a mile down the road. Epic. Loved those things. I live in the woods so it was VERY useful.

My lens are 100% clear the innards are painted black.

Its a mod best I can say looks bad a** and its functional. I always liked the look and output of projectors and the 2nd projector just looks mean. It sets the car apart from the rest picture your car, Its so clean but your particular set up sets you apart from the next M, But anyone can go out and buy your set up picture your front end with a one off set of lamps your front end would be on even another level just unique. I have always wanted to go that extra step in my builds. Something as minor as swapping out the orange lens to a clear lens makes the car different from the next. Hope I am making sense lol.

Yes there you go, I live in the woods also and my 2 lane road is completely lit up and once the highbeams are on its daylight at least 50-75 in front of me if not more.

awesome job. what projectors did you go with on yours? the first thing i did to my m was black out the lights. looks like a sport now.

also interested in seeing other mods. just about to finish up the halo demon eye mod on my z. looks factory!

Tom Tom Clear lens in the main lowbeam projectors & Morimoto Mini H1 Projectors.
