i played with color contrast and some other color effects and came out with that free PS FTW

and i just saw yours i like the border you incorporated using the background, and the effects around the car are also pretty sweet

It Was Actually A Mistake.

Had CS2 (I Think) V.7

Just Got CS3 V.10 (A Lot Of New Goodies.) And Tried That Section Area Tool.

Kinda Like Magic Wand, But You Can Use It Like A Brush.Selection Border Kinda Came Out Ugly So I Blurred It Out.

And Border Came From Me Actually Putting One, Then Tried To Erase It.Only Half Of It Did...I Was Like, Ummmm... That Works! LOL
