That's great!grantman240z wrote:Spoiler just arrived here at the office!!
Took it by a few places this afternoon for some paint/installation quotes...everyone is around $200-$250 since it needs to be re-sanded and re-primered. =(Kenrik wrote:

Hopefully I will have better luck tomorrow!
Breakdown of the quote was only 30min worth of labor. Going to try another shop or two and see what they say.Kenrik wrote:

Don't ask for installation.. it's really simple and only takes 5min
The body shop will try to upcharge it.
I was saying the breakdown of the quote was for only 30minutes of labor for installation...the rest was for the sand, re-primer, and paint.Kenrik wrote:30 min of labor?
That would mean they are charging $400 - 500 an hour..

Hey grantman it must have been you the one that took it to the expensive body shop, so i suggest you go to carsmetics over in lake forest on El Toro and Jeronimo...If you want you can wait to see how mine turns out. Hope that helps.grantman240z wrote:

Mine is already done and painted by Mission Viejo Auto Collision...my mechanic talked to the owner and got me taken care of. I am swinging by tomorrow for the installation.chonmoreno wrote:

yes the side pieces are supposed to overlap the lights.. check the instructions that I included.chonmoreno wrote:i was trying to see the fitment once again and if you put the center piece a little closer to the edge of the trunk and the side parts a little over the tail lights, then the gap gets smaller, i guess that's how it's supposed to go. The other way if u put the side pieces along the line that outlines the tail light, and then align the center piece to them..then i get that 1/2 inch gap. We'll see once i get it installed, i just dropped it off today to get it painted.
