Wow. I've never seen a Q like that. Lucky. I hope you have a great time working on it. I want a parts car to practice on.

I have to find a Q45 graveyard around here. I can't find one anywhere. They really should compile a list of them.

Before I worked at the junkyard I used to ask if they had any Q's since I need a maf and tb off of a vh, and they use to tell me they had none lol after I got a job there I was driving around and saw 6 of them I was like that lying ***** lol.

Hopefully the front half of the Z driveshaft will bolt up I really don't want to have a driveshaft made just yet. Should have some pics of the clutch pedal installed by the end of next week!!

Cool, why don't you start a tread on the resurrection of this Q all by itself?

Lurked on here for a while but I usually post on another nissan forum. I sold the S13 and picked up my '94 w/ 114k.

wes, i have officially made it to the dark side.

i recently picked up rex's 94 Q. it is by far the nicest car i have ever owned. (this is the black one without all the mods.)

it does however have the murano 18's. other than that, it's stock. there are a few rust spots on it which i will get cleaned up before long. as soon as i can get some pics up i will.

just wanted to chime in to meet everyone on this side.

I thought the black one had the 4.08 differential and was faster than all outdoors. If it's the one with the black interior that I was lusting over, I'm very envious right now, but I do wish you the best and hope you enjoy the car. Congrats on a great purchase.

he had two black ones. the one i got was bone stock. he gave me a JWT ECU but i have done nothing with it yet. the other was the one that had the 4.08 rear end, headers, ECU, all that good stuff. honestly though, i like this one because it is stock.

another reason i wanted this Q is because there are limited bolt on upgrades. this prevents me from dumping stupid amounts of money into it. over the course of 3 years i spent $10,000 in parts and labor on my maxima. a lot of this was due to newer products that came out that i liked better than the last. so, this was a smart move for me IMO. i love this car.

While I'm not a fan of 5-spoke wheels on Q's, you sir and your pictures are doing a great job of convincing me to change my tune. That Q looks very nice. Those are 17's? Wow. I think I'll just get a set of those. The amount of visible sidewall looks great. I thought I'd have to get 19's to get rid of it. That setup looks outstanding.

Very nice Q.

Looking at your Q makes me want to take off the chrome trim that I put around my doors back in April. I guess the trim around the windows is enough eh? Too much chrome starts to detract from the elegance of the car and starts to reduce it to a ghetto fabulous look. The only reason I added the chrome trim was to replace the black trim that the car came with. I don't see anyone else's Q with it on. Was that a stock feature or did my Q's P.O. put it on?

not sure about that. could you maybe post up a pic to show what you are talking about? honestly, i do not care for chrome one bit, but the car came with it. i think it fits the car, so i dont mind it as much.

Washed, claybar'd, washed again, buffed dry, waxed with Poorboy's Natty's paste wax...nothing special.

I tried to debage the Q45 lettering off the back, but debagding a 13 year old car wasn't a good idea. The paint is etched and will need some serious work with a Porter Cable to make it look good again. So I've decided to paint the emblems black and stick 'em back on later.

Oh yeah, these are getting sanded and painted black - G35 coupe rims 18"x8".

Nice paint. The Q looks badass without the badges.

I could barely make out where the Q45 was and that's because I knew where to look.

I like the new wheels. But why are you sanding them? I'm new to the custom wheel colors. What sort of paint do you use? Regular spray paint? I saw my friend do his RSX a matte black and it just looked dirty. Maybe it was just a primer coat, I haven't seen the car in a couple of months.

Wow. No fender gap. Nice. Wht sort of springs are you rolling on? Is that the look I can expect from some Eibachs? Or were there more steps taken after the springs? Perhaps it's not even springs, air-bag perhaps?
