Its now official, the CART (Connecticut Auto-x and Rally Team) has posted its track day schedule. All of you in the New England, Tristate, PA, Del, MD area should atleast try to make one event. If you have ever thought about tracking your car, or driving it fast LEGALLY this is the place to do it.As a promotion, if you sign up for at least 3 events at once, we offer a $25 per event discount. Some of our events offer a time trial at the end along with a team relay event. Here's the link to the sign up sheet.http://www.cartct.com/trial_reg.shtml

Richiethe only the thing the cones really mean is 'drive around me.'There is a newbie walk through along with your own walk through.I know from a stander-by view point it looks very complicated, its really not.The cones are either set up as gates, pointers or slaloms. Once you come out to one you'll understand.Check your local area. As I said in another thread, Tobay Beach on Long Island has auto-x's there with the Porshe Club on NY. They haven't posted a schedule yet. This thread here is for the track days with CART. Auto-x dates are also listed on that site and are held in CT.

In Richies' defense, I didn't know what they meant at my first auto-x, but seeing them in person I was able to conjure common sense and figure it out.Richie, this is a chance for you to really put people in their place and participate at a sanctioned event and show off your driving skills. Auto-x is pretty cheap too, usually less than $40.
