OEM TPMS for 2008 M35x?

Hello all ...

I just bought a new 2008 M35x (being delivered this week) and have started looking into TPMS and snow tires (yeah, I know, but sometimes this stuff is cheaper over the summer ;-).

Here in NY we have yearly inspection, so I figure my options are 1) run the snows with TPMS or 2) run the snows without TPMS and get the car inspected during the summer months. Option 2 is definitely on the table, but what I'm really trying to find out is this:

From various sources, I'm seeing two different parts listed as the OEM TPMS sensor for the 2008 M35 ... one source lists 40700-CD001 as the correct part, while another lists 40700-JA01C.

Anybody know (definitively) which one is correct?
