I'm tight on money, but still considering getting MOMO strike rims (17x8) to replace my 2010 AC 2.5 OEM rims(17x7.5) and leave the stock tires (215/55/17). As you can see, theres a slight difference btwn the rims, hence why i'm asking.

Will it look crappy with such a small tire setup?
Think I should stop being cheap and get bigger tires and rims later on?

Save your money and get a bigger rim/tire combo IMO. Besides MOMO doesn't have a 17x8 rim according to their website at least. 17x7, 18x8, 19x8 or 19x9.5 (which is what I'm running).

+1

Especially with Lips, they look like 16's. Made this mistake with my last Coupe with 5Zigen GN+ Pro's.
