OEM Strut Mounts

Ive heard many times, OEM strut mounts or nothing, so i went on infinitipartsusa.com and tried to get OEM strut mounts, yet they sell each component individually.
from the MOOG kit i got, i think ill need these

1.Strut Bearing #11 on the diagram (30 something for a piece of plastic?)
2.Spring Insulator #14
3.Spring cushion #9 (as i am getting new OME springs)

are these the parts i need? am i missing anything?
