Email them to see if they can get you the parts you need, if not you can always just buy upgraded Tomei parts.

Would I be correct in assuming that SR20DE valve guides and spring retainers will interchange with DET motors?

I am pretty sure the retainers would be the same, you'd have to do a quick search to verify.

The sr20de valve guides are not interchangeable with the det, since the det has sodium filled exhaust valves. You'll need to get yourself guides from a toyota 3e motor or a dodge neon.

Only problem is you will need the valves from a sr20de now to fit those guides.

Unless you have the guides custom made to fit the current valves.

you mean "nextel cup" right

anyways. Where's the guy located? Most people I know who do NASCAR cup stuff are usually situated in North Carolina

It may of been NC, that sounds very familiar.I had bought bronze guides from sivalves.com and my machine guy rolled the edges putting them in, they were way to soft so he suggested this company make custom ones, he said thats who he has make all his guides for all the v8 drag cars he builds. I said sure since I had no other options at this point and waited close to 3 months to have them made.
