RWD SRs have a 7mm exhaust valve. FWD SRs have a 6mm exhaust valve

Hey, glad I saw this thread. You did get the DE valves but this isn't a bad thing.

Mazworx suggests doing a "conversion" to the 6mm stem. The idea is that the weak-link in the SR20 is the valvetrain and by going to a 6mm stem, you're reducing weight. I'm currently doing this in my head. If you have questions about it, call Mark at Mazworx.

You need:(x8) NEVN-1005 Exhaust Valve (6mm stem)(x8) NSR6-ET Exhaust Valveguide (11mm OD, 6mm ID)(x8) VS-T6E (Exhaust Valve Stem Seal)

You already have the valves, the expensive part. The valveguides will cost you another $50 and the seals are cheap.

You lose the sodium filled valve if you convert to 6mm, though. Sodium filled valves reduce heat on the valve head. I'd rather have sodium exhaust valves and loose valve train mass by using titanium valve train parts for the retainer.
