OEM seat rail mods / seat height modification idea's?

Im looking to drop the seat of my 240sx, I am 6'5 and no matter how i position it in its oem form, i constantly have head clearance issues.

does anyone know any mods that would drop the seat down, Cutting the rails, and welding on new tabs is no problem, But if i could get the seat and extra 2"s or so lower, that would make it so much nicer.

Just wondering if anyone has done this before, If not, guess ill be the first
