OEM Radio Swap?

About a week ago I bought my girl a low mileage 2012 Altima Coupe with the 3.5. We love the car, EXCEPT the base radio. The base radio leaves a lot to be desired. My question is, can we just swap with the next model up radio?
I know I'll need the new bezel but what else is needed? Plug and Play?
If we want the SAT to work, is the SAT tuner built into the radio or do we need to get the Nissan SAT tuner also?
