OEM radio display disappeared

I have a 2002 Altima SE with the factory radio with cd player. The display for radio/cd/clock has gone blank. The radio and cd functions as normal but I can't see anything. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be. Please help. thanks

I had the same thing.. Its a blown fuse but its not inside the fuse box. You need to take it to the dealer and get it replaced
