OEM or aftermarket scuff plates (not sl)

Well the 1.6 doesn't come with scuff plates on the door sill. I already scratched the paint on my brand new car with my boot. I really need some sills. There is no holes in the body and I do believe the SL plates pop into holes. I do not want to drill any so I'm looking for a stick on solution.

Does the "S" model have scuff plates? Were they plain black and did they tape on or need holes as well?

Is there anywhere I can get tape on ones that don't glow like the ebay ones. I really would love something rubber in the shape of the sl scuff plate. Would be nice to match the all weather matts.

I don't want nothing fancy.

If "S" sill exist can someone take a pic of the back for me and would you be willing to sell to me dirt cheap if you have them laying around after an SL upgrade?

You might want to try searching for "kick plates". You'll have better luck. I saw some on ebay for about $40.
