OEM Navi Clock Problem

Isn't the clock thing supposed to be on the top right corner of the stock navi screen? Mine disappeared. I turned the clock thing on from the setup screen but still nothing. Has anyone had the same problem?

Usually happens to me after disconnecting the neg terminal. i never did anything to make it go away, just comes back after a bit for me.
