I knew side mounts were thicker than FMIC, but some of these are 3" thick! Also when people use two SMIC together, I figured they weld them end to end. I didnt understand how they could weld the inside air passages. Now I see they mount them 'in parallel' using custom endtanks. Duh!And they show a pic of a custom IC made from 3 DSM side mounts. It has dual inlets and single outlet. Doesnt seem like the best design, but is this how most twin turbo/single throttle body setups work??
