the only true aftermarket CAI are the ones that have a hole cut through the wheel well and feed that way. Otherwise, its not really a CAI.

I made my own intake....70mm TB, LR MAF, JWT pop intake

Nice job, it reminds me a little bit of the old Frankencar intakes.

definitely aftermarket, I'm looking at one on cosmoracing.com I've heard it's reliable: Here's the link http://cosmoracing.com/product...=1265

Is it good?

i forgot to mention if any tries to copy my intake, you have to have an AFC and either pay someone to tune it or tune it yourself with wideband 02

A short ram would be better than your OEM, but ultimately, a cold air intake should be the better choice. You get more power, but a short ram is less expensive

well actually the short ram is better for off the line power and the cia is better for high end. I got the best of both by putting the short ram and cutting a hole in the quarter panel and putting vents with a 5 inch aluminum tube running up tothe entrance of the intake.by the way where did u get a 70 mm tb? Pathfinder?
