OEM HU harness compatibility?

I posted this in the 240sx forum because I didn't know there was a car audio forum. Then I scrolled down... :oface So I copied and pasted and here it is. I figure I would send it to the experts :

I've got a 1991 240sx and I was wondering what year nissan cd player/radios would plug and play into my car? Did the harness change over the years? Would an OEM head unit from a 2000 Altima plug and play onto my car's harness? I did a search but couldn't find what I was looking for. Any help would be great. Thanks!
