OEM Head unit compatibility

I dd a 2000 infiniti G20t it has the bose 6cd trunk changer 1cd in dash. i am lookin to use an OEM head unit from another bose only Nissan vehicle. i have read else where that the 05+ pathfinder 6cd in dash will plug and play with a G20 and i have heard rumors that a 06+ bose 6cd in dash altima may work as well.

can anyone confirm that the altima HU will work? or any other vehicles that might work? also i need some leeds on places to find a used HU from one of those cars, ebay hasnt been to kind as of late. usually way over priced for used oem head units if you ask me.

btw i want one with NO cassette and 6 cd in dash taht plays mp3 cds is a must
