oem fogs wont turn on

Alright just recently bought the oem relay and fog light switch i checked the relay working perfectly. fogs were working before i installed the hid 6k kit. after i installed it i only get 10.8 volts to the relay which is 12 volts thus not switching on the fog lights. is there anyway other than taking out the hid kit to get 12 volts to the relay? Or will i have to wire it from scratch? thank you for the help!

Id just wire it from scratch or at least fix the one wrire having the voltage issue. You have 10.xx v going to the fog lights or going to the relay for trigger?

10.8 going to the relay also the fog light button turns my hids to high beam and when high beam is on you can switch it back to low unless it is turned off completely then
turned back on.
