Oem foglight kit question about without auto headlamp

I have 2009 base model altima, I don't have auto headlight on my car, Im guessing that mean DRL. This foglight kit is oem factory without auto headlamp. Should I get that since I dont have DRL on my car?

USA Nissans do not come equipped with DRL. The AUTO feature on the headlights means the headlights will automatically turn on when it becomes dark enough.
