I’m probably not the first person to figure this out, but since the JDM cars are right hand drive, using the JDM left side convex mirror gives you a much wider view, significantly reducing blindspot area.

Part number 96366-35F00.

You could buy thru amayama, but I bought mine on ebay. Easy to install- just snap the old one off and snap the new one on.
